Their domain (berstake.com) was privately registered on July 24, 2023 and has DDOS protection enabled.
There is no information about who own or runs this company and system.
They have included a UK Incorporation to give the impression that they are a registered organization to offer passive returns to investors.
There was another firm called Shaobank that also ‘pretended’ to be registered to gain traction.
Top Countries (website traffic) to berstake.com:
Since most of the traffic seems to becoming from Russia, this leads me to believe that the anonymous owners are from there.
Berstake Investment Plans:
Passive investors invest their cryptocurrencies for a daily promised ROI:
Promise of 3% — 5% daily for 14–30 days in ‘locked’ plans. Once plans expire, investors can withdraw minus a 20% fee.
Minimum Investment is $25.
Bersake MLM Compensation Plan (Affiliate Program):
Affiliates and Network Marketing Distributors can earn ‘referral’ commissions based on an MLM Unilevel Compensation Plan that pays to a depth of 4 levels deep:
Level 1- 5%
Level 2- 2.5%
Level 3- 1%
Level 4- 0.5%
Conclusion:
I don’t recommend this program.
Why?
Too many red flags:
1- Anonymous Owners
2- Not Registered with UK FCA. UK Incorporations are not a means for Securities Registration
3- No Proof of any real or legitimate staking
4- No Proof of any Revenue ‘outside’ MLM Recruitment
5- Unsustainable ROI
Lastly, if these anonymous people could actually come up with a way to make themselves up to 5% daily, why would they need a network marketing recruitment plan?
Once network marketing recruitment dries up, this Berestake scheme will collapse and rug pull leaving the ‘majority’ of passive income investors in deep losses.
