COTP The Company:
I was asked to look into this platform back in March.
But unfortunately I didn’t get around to it in time.
However, I did manage to visit their two websites (cotps.net and cotps.com) and noticed that they were using a lot of stock images.
This was their Executive Team:
Jane Jenny is CEO, Van Fleet is CIO and Lisa is COO.
I say was because for some reason the secret admins behind COTP have removed them. Probably because people started reviewing them and pointed out these issues.
The good news is they have pictures of real people.
But the bad news is they are all stock images.
Stock images come with website building software that allow publishers to use copyright free images.
None of their executive team exists.
Then it gets worse…
They hired a paid actor who reads off of a script to ‘pretend’ he is the ‘technical director’.
At time of this review, this guy is still on their website.
It’s not bad enough that they are using poorly made up names and fake identities, but they also claimed that they have over 160 employees who somehow can not be found or verified on the internet.
These guys have an MSB Certificate and Fincen Certificate which is completely useless because they allowed these fake identity guys to sign up.
Also, another scam called Intelligence Prime Capital was using the same certificates and that deal just exit scammed leaving a lot of folks in deep losses.
**Not Registered to offer Securities in the US or Canada.
In order for them to offer the public a legal investment opportunity, they need to register with the American and Canadian Regulators.
This company and platform is off to a really bad start.
COTP Product Line:
They don’t have any retail able products or services to offer. Affiliates can only market their make money links to potential investors.
COTP Compensation / Investment Plan:
An investment must be made in USDT (Tether).
COTP is promising 0.3 to 0.4% ROI every 2 Hours.
Investors must manually invest.
Capped at 3 to 4% Daily.
Referral Commissions are paid out using a Uni Level Compensation Plan.
They are paying MLM Promoters to a depth of 3 levels deep:
Level 1- 15%
Level 2- 10%
Level 3- 5%
COTP Start Up Cost:
Free (for all affiliates but can only earn referral income)
Investment in Tether to participate in the passive investment plans starting off at 9 USDT
Does a COTP Scam exist?
Well let’s look at the facts…
1- Fake Team
2- Paid Actor
3- Not Registered Legally for Securities
4- Pretending they are in Canada and The US (can not verify these addresses listed on their MSB Registration.
5- Unsustainable ROI – No financial company in their right minds would offer up to 4% returns every 2 hours.
6- No proof of any Trading Revenue to pay investors
If these guys could actually come up with a way to make 4% every 2 hours, why would they need random strangers like you online?
Why would they need a Network Marketing Comp Plan?
Once network marketing recruitment revenue dries up, COTP will collapse, most of the investors will lose more than they ever gained and the anonymous owners will run off with the Lion’s share of invested funds.

So can you say for sure that you can know the real people behind cotps. Can you do a research on that pls.
Right now it looks like they are doing their best to hide and stay anonymous.
