Novatech LTD and Novatechfx have received their third Investors Fraud Warning from Securities Regulators in Canada.
So far they have gotten investor fraud warning alerts from Russia, British Columbia, Alberta and even a ‘cease and desist / refrain order’ from California.
Now this will be there third official warning from Canadian Authorities warning the public that if they decide to invest into Novatechfx that most likely it won’t end well.
According to The Ontario Securities Commission…
NovaTech, LTD., found at www.novatechfx.com, is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities.
In a nutshell what this means is Ontario has deemed Novatech as an illegal investment opportunity and anyone getting caught promoting can face charges, fines and possible imprisonment if found guilty.
Novatech Withdrawal Times:
Investors have been complaining of extra long wait times:
1- Up to 18 days now for withdrawal from Trading Accounts
2- Up to 96 hours for withdrawal from Bonus (referral) account that used to take 24 hours.
Where are the Petions?
Word on the street is they were last seen in Milan, Italy.
Who knows if they have any plans going back to Florida after getting a ‘cease and desist’ order from California.
Maybe they may hide out in Dubai.
