GSPartners has been warned by Washington DFI that it plans on taking action against GSPartners and promotion of this illegal investment scheme.
The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) announced today that it has issued an emergency action against Swiss Valorem Bank Ltd., GSB Gold Standard Bank Ltd., Josip Heit, and Stephn McNeal (collectively, “GSPartners”), for violations of securities laws and corresponding penalties in connection with their MetaCertificates offerings and multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme.
The action is the result of a multi-state task force of several securities regulators in the U.S. and Canada.
In a nutshell Washington Securities Regulators have joined forces with other states and provinces in Canada to crack down hard on the promotion of this illegal investment scam called GSPartners (Swiss Valorem Bank).
Washington DFI is even going as far as targeting top MLM Promoters like Stephn McNeal in this class action sweep:
McNeal is has been very heavily promoting GSPartners scam to people who are desperately trying to find ways to multiply their income in today’s tough economy.
McNeal is not the only scam promoter in hot water.
