Their Deputy Group CEO is Chua Tiow Chye:
According to the Scamfluencers / Ponzi Pimps on You Tube; They claim he is ‘currently’ the CEO of a Billion Dollar Investment Giant from Singapore called Maple Tree:
According to Roosevelt Assets, he isn’t the CEO of Maple Tree but was CEO of Mapletree:
Turns out he was just a group deputy chief executive officer…
A group deputy chief executive officer is NOT a CEO!
The CEO of Mapletree is Edmund Cheng.
And this story gets worse…
The timeline of these photos don’t make any sense.
The first one is from the rooseveltassets.com website and is more recent yet Chye looks younger.
The second one is from the Mapletree website and he looks a lot older.
And this story gets even worse:
According to Companies House Data (UK Incorporations), Chua Tiow Chye resigned from Roosevelt Assets Corp back in 2017.
He currently is NOT part of Roosevelt Assets!
Roosevelt Assets Official You Tube Channel:
Content on their official channel was only recently created (two weeks ago).
The lady in one video calling herself ‘Relations Manager’ just goes by ‘Vicky’ and has a faint Eastern Euro Accent (maybe Russian).
Roosevelt Assets Address:
They include two addresses on their website:
The one in London is a ‘virtual office address’ and the second one belongs to Mapletree (that doesn’t seem to be affiliated with Roosevelt Assets).
Roosevelt Assets License and Registration:
They are not legally registered with the UK Financial Conduct Authority and only have a UK Incorporation.
UK Incorporation Certificates are worthless and useless!
Roosevelt Assets Investment and Compensation Plan:
Investors invest their funds for a daily promised ROI:
Roosevelt Assets Affiliate Program (MLM Compensation Plan):
They are paying to a depth of 10 Levels:
Level 1- 7%
Level 2- 2%
Levels 3 to 5- 1%
Levels 6 to 10: 0.5%
Conclusion:
I don’t recommend them!
Why?
Way too many red flags!
1- There CEO has resigned from Roosevelt Assets since 2017.
2- There is no proof that Mapletree Investments are linked or affiliated with them in any way (except for two of their admins who are no longer with Mapletree).
3- Not Registered
4- No proof of revenue outside Network Marketing
5- Unsustainable ROI
Lastly…
If these guys could actually come up with a way to create up to 3% daily for themselves through real estate investing, why would they need an MLM Compensation Plan and Scamfluencers to push traffic to them?
Once Network Marketing dries up (or they get shut down by the authorities), this ponzi scheme will collapse leaving the majority of passive investors in deep losses!
